I've always been passionate about health, fitness, and helping people become the strongest version of themselves. Like many women, I've experienced the confusion that comes with trying to navigate the fitness industry, conflicting advice, unrealistic expectations, and the pressure to chase quick fixes.

Hybrid Coaching (Online Programming with 1x 45 min PT Session)
Minimum 12 weeks: $90 per week
