Not at all! Many of my clients are completely new to the gym. Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time or returning after a long break, I'll guide you every step of the way and help you build confidence in a supportive environment.

The free consultation is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll chat about your goals, your current routine, any challenges you've faced in the past, and what you're hoping to achieve. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and see if I'm the right coach for you. There's absolutely no pressure or obligation to sign up afterwards.

Definitely not. I don't believe in cutting out entire food groups or following restrictive meal plans that leave you feeling miserable. Instead, I'll help you build healthier habits, make better food choices, and find an approach that fits your lifestyle.
A lot of the results you're looking for come from the choices made outside of the gym too. I'll help educate you on where we often make poor food choices, how to fuel your body to support your training and recovery, and how to create habits that are realistic and sustainable long-term. You can still enjoy meals out, social events, and the foods you love while working towards your goals.

Everyone's starting point and goals are different, so there's no one-size-fits-all answer.
