1:1 Personal Coaching Sessions (45min)

$55 per 45-minute session (minimum 12 weeks)

$65 per 45-minute session (casual options or less than 12 weeks)

1:1 coaching is for you if you feel stuck, unsure of what you are doing, or frustrated that your effort is not turning into results. This is where that changes.

You will have full support, real accountability, and someone in your corner making sure every session counts. I do not just give you a plan; I teach you how to train properly. Every rep has purpose, every movement is intentional, and your technique is dialled in so you are actually targeting the right muscles and getting the most out of your work.

This is where things start to click. Confidence builds, strength improves, and you finally feel like you know what you are doing.

$90 per week (minimum 12 weeks)

$100 per week (casual options or less than 12 weeks)

Ready to step into the best version of you? Hybrid coaching gives you the best of both: 1:1 personal training and a personalised plan to follow throughout the week.

Perfect if you’re new to the gym, feeling unsure, or struggling to stay consistent. You’ll be coached in person, then supported outside of sessions, so you keep progressing, not just once a week.

Build confidence, train with purpose, and finally feel in control of what you’re doing. This is where it starts to click.
